Look & Feel
A completely new look and feel
The web experience has been completely redesigned to match the speed, clarity, and consistency of the Sennoslink mobile app. Pages load faster, interactions feel more responsive, and the design is cleaner so the data you're monitoring can take center stage.
Under the hood, the technology powering Sennoslink Web has been replaced with a modern platform — fewer browser quirks, better reliability, and a foundation that lets Sennos ship new capabilities much faster than before. Features that used to take months can now be built and released in weeks.
Before — Sennoslink Classic
After — Sennoslink v2.0
Navigation
Navigation is now collapsible
The left sidebar collapses to icon-only view using the menu icon (≡) in the top left, giving you significantly more screen space for your fermentation data, tank lists, and charts. Collapse it when you want the full viewport for monitoring; expand it when you need to navigate.
Your preference is remembered between sessions, so it stays out of your way once you've set it.

Help
Help is now in the top bar
The Help button (?) has moved from the sidebar into the top bar, where it's visible from every page in the app — regardless of whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed. You're never more than one click from a user guide, support contact, or the product tour.
From Help you can access the Sennoslink user guide, reach the support team, and replay the product tour anytime.
Help moves to the top bar — always accessible regardless of sidebar state
Account
Your account has moved to the upper right
Profile, notification settings, preferences, and sign out are now under the person icon in the upper right corner — exactly where you'd expect them in a modern web app. This keeps your account controls in a consistent, predictable spot regardless of what page you're on.

Preferences
Preferences is now its own page
Your personal preferences — unit of measure, display settings, and other per-user options — are on a dedicated Preferences page, accessible directly from the account menu. Separating them means your personal display settings are one click away whenever you want to change how data appears, without wading through other account information.
Notifications
Notifications are now their own page
Alert settings are no longer buried inside your profile. Notifications is a standalone page where you manage each alert type on its own: toggle it on or off, set how often you're notified, and choose whether alerts reach you by email, SMS, or both.
A separate Subscriptions tab handles your scheduled report preferences. The dedicated page makes it easy to tune your alert setup as your operation changes — whether you're setting up a new location, adjusting your notification volume, or getting a new team member configured.

List Views
New list views for fermentations, tanks, and brands
Fermentations, tanks, and brands now display in fully interactive list views. Sort by any column, search by name, apply filters to narrow what you're looking at, and control how many rows appear per page. These views stay responsive even as your account grows.
On the Fermentations page, use the Compare button to pull two or more fermentations into a side-by-side view — built for the moments when you want to understand why one batch ran differently from another.

Tank Geometry
Cone height and port height for every tank
Cone height and port height are now fields on every tank. View these values in the tank list (select the Tank Geometry view) and set them by opening any tank's edit form — scroll to the Tank Geometry section at the bottom and enter the values.
Coming up
Sennos IQ will use cone height and port height to automatically detect additions and knockouts, reducing the manual tracking that takes time away from your brew day. Enter the values once per tank and you'll be ready when that capability ships.

Company Profile
Company Profile updates
Preferred Volume Unit — formerly called "Barrel Standard" — has a clearer name that better reflects what it does: it sets the volume unit that flows as the default across your entire account, including locations, tanks, and user profiles. Individual locations and users can still override it, but setting it here means everyone starts from the same baseline.
There is also a new pH Reference Temperature field in Compensation Preferences. If your operation measures pH at a consistent standard temperature, set it here once and every pH reading in Sennoslink will compensate to that reference automatically — so readings are normalized and comparable across your entire data history.

Brand Intelligence
Your brands are getting smarter
Each brand now tracks its fermentation history and advances through maturity stages as more data accumulates over time. As a brand matures, Sennos IQ develops a deeper, more accurate baseline — sharpening predictions and making anomaly detection more meaningful.
The maturity indicator is visible on each brand's page so you always know where a brand stands. Select a stage below to see what it looks like.
Brand Maturity introduction on first launch
A brand enters the Learning stage when it's first created. Sennoslink has limited historical context at this point, so predictions are broader and the system is building its understanding of how this brand typically behaves.
Each completed fermentation contributes the baseline information Sennos needs. This stage is expected — the goal is to move through it by running fermentations consistently under the same brand.
Learning stage — maturity indicator on the brand page
The Developing stage means Sennos has accumulated meaningful data for this brand and is refining its models. Predictions become noticeably more accurate, and anomaly detection starts surfacing issues earlier.
Keep running fermentations under the same brand. If you have historical data that hasn't been uploaded yet, adding it now accelerates a brand's progress to this stage.
Developing stage — Sennos IQ is refining its baseline model
An Established brand has a deep fermentation history and a well-trained model. Predictions are highly accurate, anomaly detection is most precise, and comparisons between batches are most meaningful.
At this stage, every new fermentation continues to improve the model — and the guidance that Sennos IQ surfaces is most actionable.
Established stage — highest accuracy, most actionable insights

Onboarding
Take the product tour
When you first log into the new Sennoslink web, a short guided tour walks you through the key changes — where navigation moved, where your account settings are now, and a few of the new features — in about 60 seconds. Nothing will feel unfamiliar by the time it's done.
If you missed it, want to go through it again, or want to walk a new team member through it, open Help from the top bar and select Replay the product tour.
